Traditional DaVinci Art Cards can only be redeemed at a DaVinci Artist Supply Retail Store. In-store purchases are deducted from the Art Card balance and any unused portion will remain available on the Art Card for future purchases. Traditional DaVinci Art Cards do not expire. If a purchase exceeds the amount of the Art Card, the balance must be paid with a credit card or other accepted payment method.

DaVinci Art eCards can only be redeemed on www.davinciartistsupply.com. Purchases are deducted from the Art eCard balance. Online purchases are deducted from the Art eCard balance and any unused portion will remain available on the Art eCard Account for future orders. If an online purchase exceeds the amount of the Art eCard, the balance must be paid with a credit card or other accepted payment method.

Limitations
Traditional DaVinci Art Cards cannot be used to purchase other Art Cards, nor can they be resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by law. Free Shipping for Traditional Gift Cards applies to standard shipping to the contiguous 48 United States only. Traditional Gift cards shipped using expedited shipping methods will still incur shipping costs.

DaVinci Art eCards cannot be used to purchase other ecards, nor can they be resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by law. DaVinci Art eCards expire after all funds have been depleted. Art eCards arrive directly to the purchasers inbox, please ensure you enter the correct email address. If recipient has not received an Art eCard check the junk mail folder for an erroneous posting.

Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for all DaVinci Artist Supply Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the purchaser, recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible if a DaVinci Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.

Fraud
A customers account will be closed and billed via alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on www.davinciartistsupply.com or in any of our retail stores.
