Standard Service
Standard rate shipments start as low as $10.95. Orders are shipped according to the package weight, destination, and best available transit time. We use UPS as our primary service carrier. When choosing the standard service option, please allow up to 10 business days from the date your order ships. Available for physical addresses within the 48 contiguous states only, no P.O. boxes, please.

Expedited Shipping
UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air are available upon request. Please contact customerservice@davinciartistsupply.com or call 212.871.0220 to obtain pricing.

DaVinci Artist Supply is not responsible for any delays that may be caused by affiliated shipping carriers. DaVinci Artist Supply bears no responsibility for delays as a result of weather, strikes or any other complications caused on behalf of our affiliated shipping carriers.

In Store Pick-ups
If you are a local customer and would prefer to pick up your order in our store please contact us at customerservice@davinciartistsupply.com and we will provide you with a coupon code and additional instructions. Pick-ups are only available during store hours, and only from our 21st Street location. Hours and directions are availble at the botton of every page.

Final Shipping Costs are Subject to Change
The cost is determined by the carrier and calculated based on the size of the package, weight of the package, and distance. Generally, there is a surcharge for rural locations. Aerosols, flammables, and other hazardous materials are subject to increased regulations, thus an additional shipping charge may apply.

Outside Contiguous US / International Destinations
We currently are not shipping international orders. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Oversized/Overweight Items
Items that are over-sized, over-weight, or otherwise freight-intensive will be subject to additional handling charges. These items include, but are not limited to: canvases and panels larger than 20" x 30", half-gallon and gallon-sized paints, paper reams, paper rolls, clays, any paper or board 24" x 36" and larger, flatfiles and other furniture, and gallons of glue.

An order containing any products with dimensions larger than 20" x 30", and any order with a total weight of 50lbs or more is considered oversized/overweight and is subject to additional shipping charges.

Some larger items, like tables and easels, must be shipped by truck and will be delivered curbside. Inside delivery of truck shipments is not available.

Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer (drop-shipped), through the carrier of the manufacturer's choosing. For these items, the cost of shipment is included in the purchase price. Please contact customerservice@davinciartistsupply.com or call 212.871.0220 if your have any questions regarding drop-shipped items.

For any and all orders where additional freight charges are necessary, you will be contacted by a customer service representative and given a shipping quote after placing the order. Orders will be placed on hold until such time as the additional charges have been approved.

Return Policy/Procedures
We want to make sure you are satisfied with your products. Please contact us if you are not. Any exchanged or returned merchandise must be in original packaging, unused and with original receipt. You have 30 days to exchange or return your merchandise. There may be a restocking fee. We will confirm the fee during the return process.

Before returning or exchanging a product, please contact our customer service department at customerservice@davinciartistsupply.com or call 212.871.0220. No returned merchandise will be accepted without authorization from a customer service representative.
